1. Acceptance

By accessing aiinsider.dpdns.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to every part of AIInsider, including the article archive, the tool directory, theagent directory, the prompt library and the resources section.

2. Purpose of the content

All content is published for informational and educational purposes. It is general information about AI models, tools and techniques — not professional, legal, financial, tax, medical or engineering advice, and not a substitute for an assessment of your own systems, contracts or obligations by a qualified practitioner.

3. AI-specific content disclaimer

Artificial intelligence is a fast-moving subject. Model versions, context limits, pricing tiers, rate limits, license terms and vendor policies change frequently and often without notice. An article that was accurate on its publication date may be out of date by the time you read it.

• Always verify model capabilities, pricing and license terms against the vendor's own current documentation before making a commercial or architectural decision.
• Outputs from AI systems can be wrong, biased or fabricated. Any code, prompt or workflow published here should be tested and reviewed by a competent human before it touches production, customer data or anything with money attached.
• Nothing published here is a guarantee that a model, agent or tool will behave the way it did during our testing. Model behavior changes when the vendor changes the model.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party AI provider you use, and with any law that applies to how you use its output.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror or bulk-republish the content, including for the purpose of training a model, without written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or compromise the site or its infrastructure.
• Use the content to build a competing directory or dataset by automated extraction.
• Misrepresent our content as your own, or present a mention or listing as an endorsement of your product.
• Submit false, misleading or spam entries to the directories or the prompt library.
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law where you are.

5. Intellectual property

Articles, artwork, ratings and site design are © 2026 AIInsider unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source article. Republishing whole articles, or reproducing the directory data in bulk, requires written permission.

Code samples and prompts published in articles and in theprompt library may be used freely in your own projects, with no attribution required and no warranty attached. Third-party names, logos and trademarks referenced remain the property of their owners; their use here is nominative and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

6. Submissions

If you send us a tip, a directory submission, a prompt or feedback, you confirm you have the right to send it and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish and adapt it as part of the site. We are not obliged to publish anything you send, and we may edit submissions for accuracy, length and house style. We do not treat unsolicited submissions as confidential.

7. Third-party links and directory listings

We link to vendors, documentation, repositories and research. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security or terms.

A listing in the tool or agent directory is an editorial judgment made at a point in time. It is not an endorsement, a certification, a guarantee of quality or safety, and not a recommendation to purchase. Listings are not paid for. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, which is explained in the disclaimer. Your dealings with any third party are entirely between you and that third party.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to access the content, which for the public site is nothing.

11. Indemnity

12. Changes to these terms
